QUESTION: For upholstered furniture can I select any of the fabrics offered?
ANSWER: Yes.We have 550 crypton fabric selections and many designer vinyls. Any fabric can be used on any upholstered piece.
QUESTION: How do I know what the cost of the fabric will be?
ANSWER: We have used a mid grade #5 fabric on the sample pieces on our site. If you choose a more or less expensive fabric a cost adjustment will be made to your order to reflect this change. Before your order is finalized you will be contacted to verify and accept any adjustments.
QUESTION: Are your fabrics durable?
ANSWER: Definitely!! All our fabrics are Crypton material manufactured by Standard Textile Co. Crypton is durability tested at 100,000 double rubs. It repels all liquids, including urine, medication, grape juice, etc. protecting both fabric and frame from damage. This fabric cleans easily with soap and water. Crypton maintains a new appearance even after years of use.
We also have non Crypton fabrics. These can be coordinated with the Crypton and used for bedspreads, draperies, table cloths, etc.
QUESTION: What information is required when ordering upholstered furniture?
ANSWER: You must include the pattern name, color and data number of the fabric and choose a wood color.
QUESTION: How do we use your fabric selector?
ANSWER: Select crypton and can view the entire inventory of 550 fabrics, or you make select certain colors or styles and view only those types of fabrics. Double click on a desired fabric, and see a enlarged view of the product, showing the design and repeat of each fabric, as well as fabric availability. Fabric samples are available.
Most crypton fabrics can also be matched with non crypton fabrics that could be used for matching bedspreads, drapery products, or table cloths. You can purchase additional fabric and have these items installed locally.

If you select Upholstery-Crypton you will have 550 selections !!!
FOR EXAMPLE: Under Primary Attributes if you select Floral/Foliage and then select Blue under Color Family you view 32 selections. Under Style if you select Traditional you will view 23 selections. Under Tone if you select Cool you view 18 selections.
MORE: Each fabric selection is 1" X 1". By double clicking on the fabric, the selection is enlarged to 2" X 2" AND use of the magnifying glass enlarges the selection to 8" X 8".
IMPORTANT DETAILS: Name, Color and Data Number are required for your fabric selection on all orders. All fabrics meet or exceed California Fire Code #117 Section E for flammability standards. We provide a Flame Certificate for all purchased fabrics.
PRICE CODE: All upholstered furniture on this site is quoted in grade 5 fabric. If other grades are selected for your order a price adjustment will be made prior to order entry.
QUESTION: What about freight charges?
ANSWER: The price of an item includes an estimated freight charge. However, a final freight charge cannot be determined until the weight and destination are known. Once an order is placed we are able to get a final freight charge from the carrier. We will contact you with this information in order to make any adjustments necessary.
QUESTION: How do I report freight damage?
ANSWER: Examine all items before you sign the bill of lading. Open all boxes before the driver leaves your building. REFUSE all damaged products and they will be replaced with another item automatically. If you sign the truckers paperwork and find damage later you will have to file a concealed damage report with the trucking company. DO NOT RECEIVE DAMAGED ITEMS.
