Policies, Terms and Conditions

We guarantee customer satisfaction and timely deliveries. Customers are responsible for providing accurate product names and numbers and for selecting fabrics and wood colors prior to placing orders.

ORDERS

Orders for Durable Medical Equipment usually ship within three days. Most furniture orders will ship within four to six weeks based on the availability of the fabric you use. Our fabric selector will tell you if the fabric you choose is in stock.

RETURN POLICY

All orders placed electronically are final. No orders can be returned without written authorization.

DELIVERIES

Allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of furniture upholstered with in-stock fabric selections.

Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of patient room furniture (beds, over the bed tables, bedside cabinets, chests of drawers and wardrobes). Also for whirlpool hydro-therapy tubs, wet lifters, and scales.

Allow 10 days for delivery of medical recliners.

Allow 7 days for delivery of skin care products. These are shipped UPS.

Allow 5 days for delivery of all durable medical equipment (DME). This includes dry lifts and slings, oxygen concentrators and respiratory products, walkers, wheelchairs, and pressure reduction mattresses. All DME ships UPS.

Large, heavy items ship by semi-truck and need semi-truck access for delivery. Drivers will move items to the tailgate. It is the facilities' responsibility to transport item from that point. Drivers do not unbox or move items into your building. Lift-gate deliveries are available for and additional charge of $125.00.

FREIGHT CLAIMS

Please examine all products before final acceptance. Please open all boxes and check for freight damage before you sign and release the trucking company. all orders are delivered by commercial trucking companies. If products are damaged PLEASE REFUSE, OR MAKE A NOTATION ON THE BILL OF LADING. If orders are refused they will be returned to the factory and REPLACED at no additional charge.

FREIGHT CHARGES

All freight charges are estimates. After we receive your order the actual freight charges will be computed based on weight and distance. At this point, we will notify you regarding any adjustments to freight charges. With your consent these adjustments will be made on your credit card transaction. Then we enter your order. We cannot accept cancellations after this point. All orders are final.

It is the customer's responsibility to open and inspect all products before you sign the Bill of Lading from the driver. When you sign the Bill of Lading you are confirming that the product is undamaged. If a product is broken or damaged refuse delivery. If damage is noticed later you are responsible and must file a freight claim with the carrier for replacement.

STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED UNLESS SPECIFIED. IF TAX EXEMPTION IS CLAIMED, CERTIFICATE OR NUMBER IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

WARRANTY

The original purchaser is protected against defective workmanship or quality for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply to products damaged by accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse. Contact us if you need additional parts, replacement parts or technical service. We offer quality products at competitive pricing and ship them quickly. Let us know if you need additional arrangements. Delayed deliveries, delivery on a specific date, price quotations on orders or invoicing can be arranged. PAYMENT TERMS

We accept payments by credit card or money transfer. Credit card payments are made at checkout and funds are transferred at checkout. You will receive a order confirmation email once your order has been processed. Your order will be placed electronically with the factory. All orders will be shipped within six weeks or less.

DELAYS

We have many products that quick ship within three working days. All of our products ship within six weeks or less. We are always trying to expand our inventory of quick ship products. We do not store products for customers that have construction delays. When you purchase from a shopping cart the product will ship quickly six weeks or less. If delays occur you will be responsible for receiving and storing the products at your expense.
